Humber Enterprise Park

Quod are advising Citivale on the management of their existing assets at Humber Enterprise Park and are planning agent for an application to expand the Park to provide a further 12,000 sqm of flexible employment floorspace.

The site is adjacent to the River Humber, which is a SSSI, SPA and Ramsar site. It is also located in Flood Zone 3a. The effect of development on the ecological interest features of the Humber, as well as flood risk, are key issues. Quod are coordinating a multi-disciplinary consultant team and leading on negotiations with the local planning authority as part of the planning application process.
