Tyler Rylance

Tyler joined Quod in September 2025 as a Planner, bringing with him over two years of experience from a leading private consultancy in Manchester. During his time there, he contributed to a range of high-profile residential and commercial developments across the North-West.

He holds a Master’s degree in Town and Country Planning (MPlan) from the University of Liverpool and now works on a diverse portfolio of projects at Quod. His current focus includes the regeneration of major brownfield sites across Greater London, typically involving residential-led mixed-use schemes with tall buildings.

Outside of work, Tyler is an avid traveller with a passion for discovering new countries. He enjoys immersing himself in live music through festivals and gigs, and can often be found crate-digging in record shops in search of hidden gems.
