Louise Holyoak

Louise joined Quod as an Assistant Consultant in 2025 following twelve years working in secondary education, including leading subject teams and year groups. As part of the Socio-Economics team, she is developing her expertise in calculating Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), long-term stewardship strategies and the consideration of how women and girls experience and use space within the built environment. She uses QGIS to produce spatial analyses and mapping to support socio-economic assessments, including education provision and healthcare. Louise also has a strong interest in developing education strategies to support delivery of school sites across large residential developments.
