James Parrott
Planner
James joined Quod in March 2025 as a town planner with extensive experience providing planning advice to both public and private sector clients. He has worked on a wide range of medium and large-scale projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
At Quod, James plays an active role in delivering projects such as urban regeneration schemes, greenfield urban extensions, data centres, and industrial developments. His responsibilities cover the full planning process – from initial strategy and advice through
to the preparation and submission of planning applications.
Outside of work, James looks to keep active with running and yoga, reads and is learning the guitar.
