Annice joined Quod as a Graduate in September 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Planning from the University of Sheffield and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Urbanism from University College London.
Her academic work explored the role of high-quality public open space in supporting mental health in a low-income neighbourhood in Hong Kong, as well as the effectiveness of Low Traffic Neighbourhood schemes in promoting sustainable urbanism in South Leytonstone and Ferndale, London.
Annice has gained experience across the urban planning, commercial real estate and sustainability sectors in the UK and Hong Kong, working within the private sector and NGOs.
Outside of Quod, Annice enjoys spending time with friends exploring parks, towns and cities across the UK. A keen foodie, she enjoys discovering new restaurants and cooking her favourite dishes at home.
