We are delighted to report that last night, the London Borough of Newham’s Planning Committee voted unanimously to grant planning permission for the Silvertown Quays development.

The development will provide an exciting and completely unique scheme with up to 270,000 sq.m of Brand Experience accommodation which has never been tried before in the UK, 179,000 sq.m of offices and 3,000 new homes. An article in the Evening Standard summarising the scheme can be read by clicking here.

It was a great Quod team effort with Affordable Housing (Claire Dickinson and Aaron Elliott), Socio Economics (Tom Dobson and Sasha Gordon) and Planning (Sean Bashforth and James Beynon) all working together to secure this great result for our clients.
