Quod secured full planning permission for a major four storey extension to an existing office building within the White Rose Office Park in Leeds.
Quod successfully justified the principle of this major extension within an out-of-centre location, demonstrating the locational need for the development. The proposals allowed for the existing tenant to accommodate their rapidly expanding business and remain within the Office Park, operating from a single high-quality building. This ensured the Office Park continued to be a major prestige office designation for Leeds and a key economic driver for the City.
Working closely with Leeds City Council, Quod led the dialogue with Officers during the pre-application process and project managed the planning application process, as well as providing the evidence to support the planning case. Quod secured a swift and successful planning consent, negotiating away the need for a Section 106 agreement.
