St William instructed Quod to submit and negotiate a hybrid planning application for the redevelopment of Clarendon Gasworks, Wood Green, for a new residential community comprising no less than 1,714 homes and 12,000m2 GEA of commercial floorspace.
The Clarendon Gasworks Masterplan is split between the detailed permission and the outline permission. The detailed permission comprises 622 new residential units, 332m² of commercial floorspace, and 417m² Day Nursery. The remainder of the site comprises the outline planning permission to include 118,150m² Class C3 Residential floorspace; up to 7,500m² Class B1 Business Use; up to 3,950m² Class A1-A4; Up to 2,500m² Class D1/D2 Leisure Use; and buildings ranging from 6 up to 23 storeys.
Quod has managed the hybrid application from the pre-application stage, working closely with Officer’s at London Borough of Haringey throughout. Following the hybrid application receiving approval from Haringey’s planning committee, Quod has been retained as planning consultant for the submission of reserved matters applications.
