Tom is an experienced town planner with a strong track record of representing client interests and delivering planning permissions for a range of developments across the UK. Tom’s experience spans a broad range of developments from small-scale complex developments in challenging locations, to large-scale strategic masterplanning involving residential, retail, commercial, institutional, religious and infrastructure proposals for clients in several sectors.
Tom originates in the north, and whilst he now resides in Surrey, he maintains an interest in northern affairs, and keenly follows the fortunes of his home town in both football and rugby league. Having decided in his early twenties to stay well within his sporting potential, Tom remains comfortably average at many sports including golf and football. Having recently added ‘strong volcano climber’ to his list of accolades he is keen to explore and experience new places on his travels. With the arrival of his daughter, Tilly, in 2014 Tom is gradually growing his portfolio of craft and baking skills in a bid to remain relevant to the apple of his eye.
