Tom joined Quod in 2018 as an Assistant Planner and has since become a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, gaining extensive experience across the commercial planning sectors.
Specialising in large-scale industrial developments and retail schemes, Tom has successfully led the preparation, submission, and conclusion of numerous planning applications throughout the UK. Tom’s experience spans conducting initial site assessments and engaging in pre-application discussions to preparing planning documentation and managing the delivery of schemes through to post-planning stage.
Outside of the office, Tom is an avid traveller and enjoys exploring new cultures, cuisines and climates. On UK soil, he can be found chasing PB’s but coming up short like his beloved Arsenal.
