Melissa Bell

Melissa joined Quod in 2025 as a key member of our Leeds team, bringing with her extensive experience in providing high-level support to senior leaders and teams. Prior to joining Quod, Melissa spent several years working as a personal assistant, a role she has held since 2016, where she developed a strong reputation for her organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex and fast-paced workloads.

Outside of the office, Melissa enjoys reformer Pilates, travelling and spending time catching up with friends
