Ben Jacob

Following on from completing his Geography degree at the LSE in 2025, Ben joined Quod as an Assistant Consultant. He is interested in the delivery of transport and energy infrastructure and investigated for his dissertation the impact of proximity to a nuclear power plant on residential property prices.

In preparing planning applications for primarily residential and industrial schemes, Ben is engaged in the delivery of health and economic impact assessments and particularly enjoys making maps.

Away from the office, Ben is a keen biker and can usually be found on a B road out of London or in the garage.
