Anil Fermahan

Anil joined Quod as a Planner in August 2023. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography obtained a Master’s degree in Spatial Planning and Development at the University of Reading.

Prior to Quod, Anil gained over three years’ experience working at another leading private consultancy. He is now involved in a wide variety of development projects, working on large-scale residential, student and commercial planning schemes where he undertakes site appraisals, planning policy analysis and produces planning documents.

Outside of the office, Anil enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is a keen skier and rugby fan and is an avid foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and bars across London.
