Adrian Fox

Adrian has a wide range of planning experience, particularly in residential, retail and commercial development. Acting for a variety of private and public sector clients throughout the UK, he has a solid background in providing strategic advice through to the preparation and submission of planning application.  He also has significant experience in retail planning, including the detailed consideration of quantitative and qualitative matters, the sequential approach and the possible trading effects of new development. His considerable experience has led to Adrian giving expert witness evidence at a number of planning inquiries.

Outside of work, Adrian spends most of his time with his family but whenever he has the chance, he can be found watching his other love, Stoke City FC.
