Robert Evans joins Quod as a Non-Executive Director.
We are pleased to announce that EG’s “King of King’s Cross” has joined Quod as a NED, following a very successful 23 years with Argent.
Robert is a real estate and development leader with a proven track record in the vision, planning, delivery, and execution of the King’s Cross Estate, one of the most successful examples of urban redevelopment and regeneration globally.
Robert’s recent interview for EG Radius focuses on his time at Argent and King’s Cross, lessons learnt about big regeneration projects and his thoughts on the future: “I’m not a sit-around kind of person,” he says. “I still feel there is plenty of fire in me. But I’m not in a rush. I’ll be doing something in the next two or three months, but the key thing is to find the right challenge.”
We are delighted that Robert has decided to join us at Quod. He brings with him unique skills and knowledge of the industry; and experience of the growth and succession planning which is key to Quod’s future as an Employee-Owned Trust. He also brings a client perspective, having instructed Quod for many years on King’s Cross and other projects.
Attracting senior leaders like Robert and Carly Vince, who joining from EDF in 2022, uniquely positions Quod at the forefront of a rapidly changing market and political environment.
