Supported by the GLA and building on the success of Future of London’s existing leadership programmes, the Emerging Talent Programme (ETP) will be open to BAME candidates looking to progress with a career in the built environment sector. Successful candidates will spend two years in three work placements suited to individual interests and expertise, gaining industry experience and intensive leadership training.
The programme will provide a pipeline of candidates with the skills and values to become the next leaders in London’s housing and regeneration sectors, as part of the industry-wide effort to increase workforce diversity and create an inclusive sector.
Quod is delighted to support the programme as a sponsor and co-creator, joining a growing list of supporters including Countryside, Mount Anvil, Catalyst, Devonshires, Hill Group, Network Homes, Peabody, Sanctuary Group and Southern Housing Group.
