Andrew Hunt Appointed to Imagine Liverpool Board to Help Drive Multi-Billion Pound Regeneration Vision
Andrew Hunt, Senior Director of Quods Infrastructure and Economics Team has been appointed to the board of Imagine Liverpool, a new regeneration board tasked with accelerating a multi-billion pound regeneration drive in Liverpool. Imagine Liverpool will oversee the establishment of the emerging Locally Led Urban Development Corporation for the city’s North Docks to support and accelerate development. https://lnkd.in/e6XArXf9
The board will also input intothe New Town bidwhich aims to create a 10,000 home urban extension in North Liverpool. https://lnkd.in/e6wtmD7Q
One area of focus will be Liverpool’s iconic waterfront and docks, capitalising on Everton’s new stadium at Bramley Moore Dock as well as a pipeline of major projects, that includes Festival Gardens, Kings Dock, Paddington Village South and the Littlewoods TV and Film Studios.
They will also advise on the city narrative that builds a strong investable proposition to secure private and institutional investment, foreign investment, and future allocations from government.
