Quod is advising One Housing on their existing estates at Juniper Crescent and Gilbeys Yard. Quod have been leading the Options Appraisal, assessing all options for future redevelopment with the residents being a central factor in deciding a way forward. The preferred option of full redevelopment was concluded in May 2018 which would enable like for like replacement of existing homes and c500 new homes including additional affordable housing provided onsite.
Countryside have now been appointed as the Development Partner to bring the site forward with One Housing and Quod are advising on the scheme optimization stage before a resident’s ballot takes place next year. Subject to support from residents a planning application will then be prepared and submitted to Camden for their consideration.
