Liz is a specialist in the socio-economics of regeneration and development. Her experience spans major infrastructure, commercial, residential, and mixed-use development – preparing socio-economic evidence, impact assessment and advocacy documents to support all stages of TCPA and DCO applications, including at Examination and Inquiry.
Liz’s work makes the social and economic case for development and assesses social and economic impacts. She delivers: strategic advocacy documents (“the case for development”); assessment of local, regional and national economic and social benefits; assessment of impacts on community facilities and advice on provision and management of new facilities; Socio-economic assessment as part of EIA; Health Impact Assessment; Equalities Statements; Employment and Training Strategies; and evidence preparation on socio-economic issues for DCO examination, and Planning and CPO Inquiry.
