Liz specialises in assessing the economic and social impacts of regeneration and development. Her experience spans regeneration, commercial, residential and mixed-use development, and infrastructure. She applies technical expertise alongside strong communication and data visualisation skills, to communicate quantitative and qualitative socio-economic evidence clearly and incisively.
Liz’s experience includes the preparation of strategic advocacy documents; Regeneration and Economic Statements; Socio-economic Statements; Socio-economic ES Chapters and Health Impact Assessment; Employment and Training Strategies; and support for expert witness in socio-economic issues at Planning and CPO Inquiry.
