Isabelle joined Quod in May 2024 after three years working in the private sector. Previously her role included developing planning strategies for Renewable Energy sites with a range of technical and social challenges as well as working alongside a range of sectors within the built environment including finance, viability, and occupier/investor requirements. Isabelle supported the following associated disciplines within a team including valuation, residential, industrial and office agency, by preparing planning appraisals to support the sale or purchase of a site and providing input on potential alternative uses to viability appraisals and valuations.
Outside of work Isabelle enjoys horse riding, hosting dinner parties and learning to row at her local rowing club.
