Calum has over 10 years’ experience working in the environmental consultancy field, and prior to moving to the United Kingdom worked as an Environmental Officer within the Construction Sector and EIA Consultant in South Africa.
Calum has been directly involved in all aspects of the environmental planning process, and has worked with Clients from the initial feasibility stages of the development, through the EIA process and planning application, onto the construction and operational phases. Calum has a wide range of EIA project management experience, which includes large infrastructure projects, and has coordinated and managed specialist environmental teams on behalf of the Client to manage risks, constraints and opportunities during all stages of the developments lifecycle. As a result of his time in the construction sector, Calum has a keen interest in coordinating and discharging environmental planning conditions and the developing Construction Environmental Management Plans (CEMP).
