Angie has 20 years’ town planning experience across the private and public sectors. Her role focuses on leading project teams and developing and implementing robust planning strategies that align with each clients’ objectives. She provides commercially sound planning and strategy advice from the early stages prior to acquisition of land, negotiates planning applications through to commercially deliverable planning consents and advises on the post-planning stages of development projects to allow occupation as soon as possible.
Her area of expertise is mainly in the commercial property sectors on urban and greenfield sites focusing on industrial, logistics, data centres and also town centre developments such as retail, leisure, hotels and residential for developers, investment funds, landowners, and public bodies. She is a member of the RTPI and RICS, Member of the London Industrial and Logistics Sounding Board, Member of the BPF Industrial Committee and a founder member of Women in Logistics UK CIC.
Outside of Quod Angie enjoys the outdoors and sports and visiting her hometown of Dublin. She is a member of the Royal Ocean Racing Club and sits on the Executive Board of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association (London branch).
