Seymour Place

Quod gained full planning permission to redevelop a vacant office building in a sensitive location to deliver 12 residential units and an additional floor of accommodation in Seymour Place, off Baker Street.

The demolition of this prominent heritage asset was justified via high quality design and effective community engagement. A key asset to the development was engaging with stakeholders to resolve anti-social activity to the rear of the site.
